Greta and Randy Stewart are your hosts for a well deserved rest from your daily routine. Located in northern Holt County in scenic northern Nebraska, Cross J Ranch is now home to the 5th generation of the Stewart family. Randy's great grandparents came to this region from Germany in the 1880's and settled a piece of land that is still a part of the ranch today, affectionately called "The Old Place Pasture". Even the Country Inn's humble beginnings stem from a two story farmhouse built in 1916 by Randy's great-uncle, Karl, who was a barn builder in the neighborhood.

Join us for relaxation, activities, hands on workshops or the hunting trip of a lifetime. Our goal is to provide you with a "home away from home" where you are comfortable, yet able to immerse yourself in a lifestyle and culture that may be very different from your own.

Go to the west end of O'Neill and take Hwy. 281 north for 15 miles.
At 887 Rd., turn west (left) and go 4 miles.
At 488 Ave. turn north (right) and go 2 miles.
At 889 Rd. turn west (left) and go 1/4 mile to Cross J Ranch.
